Comment : I usually don't write reviews for brief encounters. I've been to Chino AutoTech over 7 times in the past 5 years. What I like about them is that they are the perfect integration of a personal, honest small business model with user-friendly modern platform that makes the entire service process easier for busy professionals like me. I've been to quite a few car repair and maintenance shops, encountered many unethical and untrustworthy experiences. Chino AutoTech team has never taken advantage of me being a woman that does not know much about cars. They trouble shoot what the problems are, suggest solutions, give pricing and honor the pricing on the day it was completed. They did not try to sell me things I don't need like most of the other shops I've been to. They take appointments only and that is exactly how I like it. Many times, my time costs more than going to a car shop, having to sit there and wait for my turn and never know exactly how long I have to be there to have my car maintained or issues resolved. The technology they've used update me what is going on and if I additional findings were discovered and pricing for them. Everything is up front and no surprises. This is how I do business and that is the type of work ethic I appreciate.

I brought my car in for a coolant leak and the team took great care of me from start to finish. Eric provided superb customer service?he was honest, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my car without any pressure or upselling.

You can tell this is a family business that takes pride in their work. They?ve been serving the community for nearly 40 years, and that experience shows in how efficiently they run their shop.

One thing that really stood out to me was their lobby. It?s honestly one of the nicest waiting areas I?ve seen at an auto shop. It?s clean, comfortable, and set up so you can actually get work done while you wait. They have a big table where you can bring your laptop, a TV, vending machines, and even free coffee. It makes waiting there surprisingly pleasant.

They also offer shuttle pickup and drop-off, which is incredibly convenient if you need to get back home or to work while your car is being serviced.

Overall, the service was efficient, honest, and professional. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic in the area, I highly recommend Chino Auto Tech and Eric?s team.
