Comment : While driving to work my car just died on me. They were busy and communicated with me about how long it would take to get my car fixed. Very nice people who have great memory of who I was when I entered to pick up my car. Great work

Comment : I recently had my rear rotors replaced at Chino Autotech Inc. Since I live nearby, they even offered me a Lyft while the repairs were being done, which I really appreciated.

Kyle assisted me throughout the process and took the time to explain everything clearly. I?ve been coming here since my warranty expired, and I?ve consistently been satisfied with the service. I also appreciate that they honor the AAA discount, which helps keep things affordable.

Overall, it?s been a great experience?honest people and honest business. I never feel like I?m being overcharged, and that peace of mind goes a long way.

Comment : I had a great experience at chino autotech! I had my car towed out to them, and wasn?t even there for the exchange between the tow driver and the shop. I had to replace my starter and Kyle was the best! Super kind and friendly would definitely recommend! Thank you guys!

Comment : Honestly I wouldn?t trust anyone else with my car!!! I have been going to Chino Autotech for many years and at one point my husband thought he would take it someplace else for a ?better deal?, well it ended right back up at Chino Autotech because the better deal consisted of shortcuts that ultimately ended up costing me more.

They have ALWAYS been so open and honest with me when it comes to my cars and the work needed. I?m super grateful for the integrity they uphold each and every day!

Comment : They do a great job taking care of my car. Technical service is great Prices are not great. Customer service is great. They seem to upsell more than I?m comfortable with.
