Comment : Terrible place, if you want get your car fix your better of any where else. For example Montebello tire pros just few blocks down and they are honest reasonable pricing, unlike Chevrolet theyre like a sales man in the mechanic department try find any little thing to charge and "you need to replace" or my value of my car will go down. I stopped going there even for an oil change and now they try putting on my car fax I don't get an oil change because I refuse to go to Chevrolet? So yeah if you think about getting your car checked out for any problems I'll avoid this Chevrolet of Montebello. I'm writing this again because I don't know they keep trying take it down.

Comment : This review is specifically for the service department. I first came to Chevy Montebello after having a terrible experience at Camino Real Chevrolet, hoping the service here would be much better but unfortunately, it was just as disappointing.

I went in for a simple oil change and to have a few warning sensors checked. I expected it to be something minor, but instead, their solution was to recommend replacing multiple parts and upselling me at every opportunity.

The whole experience was stressful, and the prices they quoted felt extremely exaggerated. Because of that, I decided to get a second opinion from a trusted local mechanic.

They completed the oil change for much less and explained that the issue was actually very simple—they reset some of the sensors, and the main problem was just low brake fluid.

It honestly felt like the service department was acting more like salespeople than mechanics. If you want honest service and want to avoid feeling ripped off, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Comment : Robert was a great help in showing me the car I found online. It was at their lot, and I was able to test drive it. I had a good experience buying a car here. They did not pressure me into any add ons they I wasn’t comfortable purchasing. I would go here again when looking at Chevy cars in the future.
