Comment : 2nd time in the past few years truck shopping they???ve wasted my time. Typical sales people are fairly lazy. They had something I wanted most recently and took me getting ahold of em for 3 days to even get anything back.Last time drove all the way up to a rusted overpriced truck. Comment : I got a few repairs made on my car. Josh and Ben were great to deal with, very professional and communicative.The maintenance guy left my car VERY CLEAN! I???m a clean freak and this was a huge plus for me not having to clean the car after picking it up. Comment : purchased a new GMC 2500 sierra and had USB go bad before I got it home; made an appointment to get it fixed then they called me 10 minutes after I left to have me come back so they could make sure they ordered the right part and said they would call when the parts came in. After 2 ?? weeks I called them and somehow they just came in. took the truck for repair and the technician gouged the console on the truck so they had to order that. finally got it fixed after 4 trips of 40 minutes each way. the day I bought the truck I identified some scratches on the drivers door, call and made an appointment for the first service and have the door repaired but upon after I drove all the way home the call and I'm told the paint and body guy isn't going to be in until the next week, another wasted trip. when I sat down with the salesman on day one he showed my documentation that the truck came with 3 years complimentary ON STAR, not so as it's only 30 days and I'm still arguing with GM with no relief in sight even thoughit'son my purchasedocumentation. Comment : Experience with body shop started out fine but deteriorated. Q Paint job only so-so & didn't order & provide the correct door edge guards for my car. Won't even return my calls.
