Comment : Recently took car for diagnostic because with hot weather the car engine temp goes up with ac running while the car idle at stop light. Notice it at the end of last summer. Ran fine during winter. Got hot a week ago when the weather spike up. So I took the car in for diagnostic. Shop only scanned vehicle for codes and said fans operating at 100% duty. Took car for a test drive, and running great at all temps. So no issue was found. Total cost is $154.50. I just feel like more should have been looked at. The test drive was less than a mile. Odometer in and out did not change. Maybe more could have been done. Will take to dealership to see if theh can find the issue.

Comment : Our Camry was in pretty bad shape, even after a car mechanic supposedly fixed it a couple months ago. Everyone at Cherry Valley Auto was super friendly from the get go and they inspected the car and quoted us for free. While they had our car however, they did not have good communication with us on when it would be ready or how long it was going to take. We had the understanding that it would be done the same day and then they told us they needed one more day. This lasted for like 3 days, causing us to have to leave work early and disrupt other arrangements we had. When I spoke with them regarding the lack of communication and frustration, they were understanding and they apologized for the inconvenience they caused us. They were waiting on some parts but failed to mention that to us. After they fixed our car, they let my husband take it for a test drive and it drove beautifully. They ended up giving us a discount for the inconvenience as well. Comment : Since it's been under new ownership it's been bad. Took my daughters car in for radiator leak. Took forever and did not communicate with me. Then they didn't put a hose on right and it was leaking coolant. Comment : This business has been under new management, which I???ve only had issues since then since the new management has taken over their absolutely terrible! I came in to get my transmission fixed. I came in with a code that I used a sensor for so I went and already know what my issues were. The manager said that they were going to do a diagnostic and called me and said oh your bill $75 and we don???t do transmission work knowing before hand this information and still proceeded to do the diagnostic. Danny tells me that they are going to refer me to their trusted partner that can do the work for me, I called the business. They don???t even do transmission work on Fords??? Why would you refer me to a place that doesn???t even do the work on my car? And when I called back to ask a couple questions, the girl that answered the phone their new receptionist had no idea how to help me kept putting me on hold and I had to hang up because it exceeded 10 minutes like I don???t have time to wait on the phone for you to have chitchat because you don???t know what you???re doing, I spent $70 for information and I feel like this was super shady untrustworthy and I I do not recommend this business at all!This business has been under new management, which I???ve only had issues since then since the new management has taken over their absolutely terrible! Comment : I am very disappointed in the service we just received from Cherry Valley Automotive. This past June we took my daughter's car in to get the air conditioning fixed since it was not blowing cold air. They cold not find the leak so they filled up with freon and with a dye that was supposed to disclose where the leak is so they repair it. They said in a month or 2 when it runs out of freon to bring it back so they can find the leak. We took it back yesterday and today they called to tell me the car was ready but that they could not find the leak this time again, even with the dye. So they filled it with freon and gave me the same story that they the dye will disclose the leak and to bring it back again. Needless to say I am not taking it back again. I was very clear that when they could not find the leak they should have called me so I can take it somewhere else and not keep paying them to fill it with freon, instead they charged me for filling it with freon even though they did not fix the leak.
