Comment : Went in to get front end alignment after I put new inner and outer tie rods on one side of vehicle was told could not be aligned because the other side was too loose. They charged me $49.95 to inspect it which took them roughly 6 minutes. They never told me there would be a charge if they couldn t do it. Went to change them and there was nothing wrong with it. Brought other side tie rods to rawe automotive in Newberry to confirm and they confirmed there was nothing wrong with it. Please find attached written note from mechanic stating there was nothing wrong with the tie rods. Brought back to get alignment done and they refused to take the $49.95 off the alignment fee after they wasted my time replacing parts I never needed.They will try to sell you parts and labor you don t need and if you don t buy it they will charge you $49.95.Went in to get front end alignment after I put new inner and outer tie rods on one side of vehicle was told could not be aligned because the other side was too loose. Comment : Trying to find a new place around town and based on reviews thought I???d have a better experience, but took them all day just to do an oil change for an appointment I had scheduled in the morning. And they are very expensive. Literally double the price of any oil change I???ve gotten on my cars the last several years.

Comment : Very clean and nice shop. I took my truck there not to long ago and they messed up a little bit with some miss communication about some things on a inspection, but Bob the owner called me and apologized and wanted to make things right. That s the only reason this isn t 5 stars, is cause they did screw up a little bit , but I really appreciate them making things right. Definitely would recommend this shop, Bob the owner likes to make sure things get done right and the customers are happy. I

Comment : They were very honest about the major issues my car had, and directed me with what I should do. And I???ve been looking at other vehicles, and I???ve taken the cars to them on a test drive to inspect. They are always happy to do so. There aren???t a lot of good honest mechanic shops out there anymore, but this is one that is good and honest!
