Comment : It was terrific to see 1 of the guys willing to help us just a bit after closing, our rv tire had valve stem pop out on rv tire, but 1( really tall) guy was very very rude kept saying "not today, not today", really a bad experience meeting him!

Comment : These guys were great! I had 2 flat tires and was leaving across the country the next day. They took care of my truck same day and got me a great deal on some solid tires. Definitely recommend giving them a try. I called probably 5 places in town that morning and these folks had me come on by and got me taken care of asap!

Comment : I went to drop off our vehicle that was having brake issues (turned out to be the master cylinder)(yes, I called before hand to make sure I could drop the vehicle off and what day. I waited a whole day to bring it in because they asked me to). When I was dropping it off they were super busy (which is understandable), so I offered to drop off the vehicle, get a ride home and they could call with any results. Terry asked me to stay until the mechanic could test drive it at least. I waited over an hour watching the truck sit in the parking lot and people were coming and going. They forgot about me. I finally told him I wasn't waiting and they could call me. They l called me once to tell me what they thought the issue was and quoted me about $300 around $200 for the part and $100 for the labor. I picked up the key not knowing what options we were going to go with. Calling them the same day I got the key, I told them we decided to go with them to do the work and I will drop off the key first thing in the AM the next day. They did explain there were a few different masters cylinders and they would need to order the correct one. 3 days later I called because no one had contacted us about ET or total $. They then decided to tell me they had the wrong part and needed to order another. They offered for us to get the vehicle until the part came in because of the inconvenience, but we would not feel comfortable putting others and our lives at risk due to faulty breaks so we left the vehicle there with them. I give them 2 more days to contact me about the new part, when the vehicle would be done, and total. After 2 days I called them again asking about when the vehicle would be done because I was never contacted. Kyle tells me the part should be delivered later that day and if it's the correct part the vehicle would be done by the end of the day due to the labor not taking long (that's what he told me). I said okay great I'll wait to hear if they got the right part. They never called me so I called 5 minutes after "closing hours" and they answered, luckily. He tells me they think it's the right part but they never got to work on my vehicle. He notified me they would start first thing in the AM and give me a call. They never called me in the AM. I had to call them a couple hours after they opened. They tell me they haven't gotten to the vehicle yet that it should be done by noon (when they close). I ask for a total over the phone at that point because they have a sign on their door stating to pay cash or check to avoid an upcharge. They told me they couldn't help me because they didn't have my paper work and that they would call me back. They never called until the vehicle was done. When my boyfriend asked for the total before we headed there they wanted to charge us $150 more than what they quoted me. I was never notified of any price change and when asked over the phone "why" we were met with silence. We told them we would settle it in person. They were giving us they run around about having to replace the item 5 times because THEY couldn't get the right part.. (calling my mechanic uncle he said there were only 3 options and if they were looking at the pictures of the options the differences were clear).. They ended up knocking it back down to closer to $350, but with all of the ABSENCE OF COMMUNICATION and the price jump without notification before hand... It was all unprofessional to me. From all the recommendations for this place I would have assumed there would be a bit more professional communication.
