Comment : My car unexpectedly broke down and I live too far from work/coworkers to arrange a carpool situation. Luckily, these guys offered a loaner while they fixed my vehicle and kept me updated on the repairs throughout the process. Heaven sent. The few issues that did come to light were clearly explained, and the guy outlined my options for repair and prices with transparency. I really appreciated that as someone who is unfamiliar with cars. Would absolutely recommend.

I don't know the names of every person who worked on my car, but I'll give a shout out to Matt, who was extremely helpful and patient. He will definitely take care of you and my experience overall makes me confident saying the rest of the crew will, too.

Comment : If I could give 0 stars I would. TERRIBLE place to buy a vehicle. I've had nothing but issues with the vehicle, it was in their shop for 2 months after buying it (hasn't left the lot yet when the engine light came on) and I have had it for less than a month and now have to pay $300 just to make it driveable. Seems like the only person that actually cares was my salesperson Ashleigh.

Comment : My husband has been taking his GMC truck here for the past few years since we moved to the area, and has been very pleased with the quality of service and prices. The service writer, Matt, has fantastic customer service skills and always goes an extra step to make sure we are happy. Recently, we had the vehicle towed in with brake issues. We weren't on the schedule, but they got the truck in and fixed in under 24 hours.
This is a dealership, but they don't act like a typical dealership. That is to say that they are honest and their communication is excellent. They look for ways to save us money without sacrificing quality of service.
