I felt the entire team went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the pricing, monthly payments, and that all my needs were met!! I have never felt so welcome by a car dealership!! I would highly recommend them to my collages, friends, and family!!! Thank you all for the experience!!!!

Comment : Champlain Chevrolet is a great place for getting great service or a new vehicle.
The service department is always prompt and upfront and keeps you fully updated.
The sales team is prompt and gets things done quickly and easily and makes you feel at ease, hardly knew I had just made a purchase as they made it so easy.
I was like wait, thats it, no more this and that, like other places have done.
I have walked into some other dealerships and felt uneasy and getting told stories and just didn?t feel welcoming.
However at Champlain Chevrolet it is a friendly local hometown welcome feeling anytime I?m there.
And with having a service van and truck that need service and a recent new truck purchase I do tend to be there quite a bit and it?s always the same great feeling.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I was in for service with my 2019 Chevrolet Equinox and I had received a call from sales. I had the thought of trading in the back of my head but I hadn't acted on it. I decided to let the sales team pitch me. I initially test drove a 2026 TRAX Lt. It was ok but I wasn't totally in love with it. I was about to " settle" for it because it was within my price range. I found an RS at another dealership and I was transparent with Champlain about everything and why I was looking at another car and another dealership solely because of the price. They took all information and found me the same car to swap with and would match the price.
I had said yes to the car and mentioned I wasn't picky on color. The Owner then said he had an Activ in the shop and would make me a sweet deal.

I fell in love with the car. It's identical to my mom's and has everything I didn't know I needed or wanted. It's absolutely gorgeous and incredible and drive fantastic.

The price is exactly where I wanted it. The payment exactly where I wanted to be.

I get stellar service from sales and the service department is fantastic.

These guys went to bat to keep my business local. And that's what I wanted.

If you are looking for a great tride and true family established business. Then look no further to Champlain. Brian and Landon and his entire team are fantastic. They will do what they need to welcome you to the family ❤.
