Comment : Thought Champion would be a good place to have my truck looked at since I had a good experience back in June 2025. Totally different experience this time around. Took my truck on 4/13 for minor service/repair. Took over a week to complete and the service department does not return phone calls or even text messages. Two days after finally picking up my truck, got a call from Champion stating they forgot to put on a part. It was the hood release latch to open the hood at the grill/hood. Had to drive back out to Champion to have the release latch installed. Not happy with this visit and more than likely won’t take it back out there. Makes me wonder if they forgot anything else during this visit?
