Comment : Last month I was in for my oil changed, since my vehicle has reached 100,000 miles I asked them to check my brakes. I was informed not only did I need brakes, but I also needed rotors. They showed me a picture of my brakes and how they worn they are. Coincidence is they showed NO pictures of the rotors. They attached a total repair order which stated front brakes and rotors needed as well a the rear, estimate was $1200 and would take up to 6 hours to do. I paid my brother-in-law to do the same repairs it took him just shy of 4 hours for $890. He was quick to call me during his work on my car to tell me no way did I need front rotors they were in perfectly good condition. When I went in person to confront the technician who did my assessment I was it is STANDARD practice for them to put rotors on the front. Standard for who? Your pocket not mine. I'm confident based on their response they would have replaced them anyway, whether I needed it or not. Very disappointed in NEALEY's because I've been going there for years with my vehicles. To me that's fraudulent negligence. Lesson learned, sorry for your dishonesty you just lost a faithful customer. Maybe they did this because I'm a single female I don't know, but it certainly woke me up about them. Trust is very hard to gain back.
