Comment : took my outlander in for a noise when I was driving, In under 15 minutes they found the issue, had parts ordered and gave me a loaner vehicle for the day so I wouldn't have to wait all day for the repairs to be finished. 10 out of 10 would go back, very professional and fast

Comment : Horrible experience. They never called me when they said they would, I had to follow up every time. When I did pick up the car, after paying for an alignment, the car pulled right. Brought it back and they fixed it, blamed it on their alignment machine. Then a few days after I got it home, realized they never replaced the engine cover. Called them and they claim it came in without an engine cover, which is completely false. Would never use this shop again.

Comment : I called at 4pm to get picked up from my home which is 7 miles from Nealy. After being picked up, I got back to Nealey after 5:30. They close at 5:30. So Sam had to stay after hours to check me out. Thank you Sam for staying longer for me.

Comment : We were long time customers of this repair shop before it sold and reopened as Nealey auto. We have had a number of minor issues since the changeover, like them completing small work we didn't approve, and not receiving the inspection data on which they were basing our repair quotes. We have found their communication lacking overall, calls not being returned, and work not being complete in the promised time frame. The biggest reason we aren't returning, however, is the price. The dealer quoted me a $475 part and one hour ($175) for our needed repair. Nealey charged $1320. They didn't itemize the bill, so I don't know if that cost is the part or the labor, but either way we will take our car needs elsewhere.

Comment : I went to Nealey Auto & Tire for an oil change and to get a tire patched after picking up a nail. From start to finish, the experience was great. Scheduling was easy, and they got me in pretty quickly.

Danielle at the front desk was especially helpful—super friendly, professional, and made the whole check-in process smooth. She kept me informed and answered all my questions without making anything feel rushed or confusing. It’s always a relief dealing with someone who knows what they’re doing and genuinely wants to help.

The shop itself was clean and organized, and they finished the work on time. They didn’t try to upsell me or push anything extra, which I really respect. Pricing was fair, and I left feeling like my car was in solid hands.

I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Thanks again, Danielle and the Nealey team!

Comment : I recently received an ad in the mail from Nealey Tire & Auto (specifically for the Mountain Rd location) for a $70 oil change with a free inspection. I decided to call to double check that they would in fact take my specific vehicle, as mine takes a cartridge filter which is not as common and usually does not get replaced at other shops. I was answered by a raspy voice who I couldn’t understand at first so I don’t have a name for the man I spoke to. He sounded like he didn’t want to be there and did not seem interested in what I was calling about. I asked about my specific vehicle and he said that they would “probably take it” and then when i mentioned the cartridge filter, he said he didn’t even know what that was and that they would “probably charge extra”. I feel like if you work as a mechanic, you should know these kinds of things. And if not, you could at least look it up or ask someone you work with? In the end, he left me with “probably” and that was it for the phone call. Absolute waste of my time. I’m not even going to give them a chance as that phone call alone told me all I need to know about how they do business here. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
