Comment : On my way to work this morning I realized my tire was leaking air. I needed to find a place near Rowan Medicine in Stratford so I could drop off my car during my business hours. Even though there was no appointments available, I took a chance and left my car at Certified Tire with the hope that they would take care of my car. A few hours later I got the call that the tire was fixed. I was very happy to hear that! Thank you so much for your amazing service and a great deal.

Comment : Tim and Sean really know what they are doing! My husband took his 1994 Ford Ranger and it needed a lot of work. Everything checked out and they went as far to test the gas in the truck. Here it was so old is was causing the truck to run badly. We are so happy and so impressed. We have been going here for our tires and now we are locked in. We will continue going to Tim and Sean!! Amazing work and great pricing for the effort and expertise. 5 stars!!

Comment : Too expensive. Very bad experience.They said $49.95 offer price for full synthetic oil change including free tire rotation when I schedule an appointment.they invoiced $60.91(didn't do tire rotation). I noticed tire rotation was not done later that day & called them then they're are giving nice explanation for not doing. Added misc shop supplies $4.23(dont kw what it's) to the invoice & made it to $60.91 for just an oil change. Not even performing courtesy engine light check asked $100 for that. Dealers are better than this place.

Comment : Not the same place since Tom retired. They need someone in charge that explains issues and recommends solutions in a calm non-demeaning manner.
