Comment : Certified Performance have exceptional customer service and mechanics. I called them and told them I thought I needed a new battery. They got me in right away. The mechanic made sure all the electronics affected by the loss of battery power was restored. They do excellent work with reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.

Comment : I appreciated Dan taking my RV in for diagnosis on a late Friday afternoon after the brakes began to fail while in route to Iowa on Hwy 61. They were able to order the parts for delivery on Monday and had me up and running Monday. As an added bonus, the owner gave me a ride to a hotel in Troy, MO for a wonderful night’s rest. Comment : I can’t say enough good things about this auto shop. From the moment my car broke down, they handled everything smoothly. The tow truck arrived quickly, the driver was professional, and they made sure my vehicle was taken safely to the shop.

Once it was there, the repair process was just as great. They explained what was wrong in clear terms, gave me a fair estimate, and kept me updated the whole way.

It’s rare to find a place that’s honest, reliable, and efficient — but this shop delivered on all counts. Highly recommend them!
