Comment : The team at Certified is great! Their customer service and communication are awesome. And I love being able to take my car for service/maintenance and not have to worry. They're honest and care about keeping you safe. I dropped my car for tires and it was ready well before I needed it back and they looked it over for me.

Comment : I have been to many car repair shops over the years and NOT ONE holds a candle to Brad and his team at Certified!
They are incredible, honest, fair and always will do what is best for their customers.
Brad and his team are incredible to work with and I never worry that they are trying to get more out of a job than is necessary. My go to place for life. so if you need your car looked at...DO NOT go anywhere else!

Comment : I had an outstanding experience with certified performance from start to finish. The staff is so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle, walked me through my options and made sure that I felt confident about the repairs being done. The work was done quickly, and the pricing was fair and very transparent. We will always take our vehicles to certified performance in the future!

Comment : Have used them before, however not again. Poor coordination and communication, not truthful with maintenance performed, arrived and left with the same problem and still charged. Lesson. Some companies are one and done.

Comment : Certified Performance has been my go to for my 2004 Ford F-250 Diesel for 10 years. No other shop (including dealerships) have come close to their expert diagnosis and quality repair. It is worth the 20 mile drive for exceptional service. Thanks again CP!
