Comment : Jay and his team at CTR really came through for us during a stressful situation. We were driving from Philly to New Orleans when, at 8 PM on Christmas night, our car broke down on I-85 near Kannapolis. Not ideal, to say the least. The next morning, we had the car towed to CTR, worried about what was wrong and how we d manage to get home.We drive a 2008 Suzuki SX4 AWD, and it turned out the rear differential had failed, locking the rear wheels a potentially expensive and complicated fix. Being far from home with limited options, we were pretty anxious about what was ahead.Jay and his team were short-staffed (it was December 26th, after all), but they still made time to help us. They took a look at the car, did some research, and came up with a practical solution: remove the rear driveshaft, disconnect the CV joints, and leave the car as front-wheel drive. It wasn t a perfect fix, but it was exactly what we needed to get back on the road quickly and safely.A couple of hours later, we were driving again. The car runs smoother now than it did before the breakdown, and we made it home the same day without breaking the bank. They only charged for labor, and it was very fair at no point did we feel like they were taking advantage of us, even though they easily could have, given the situation. If you re ever near Kannapolis and need help with your car, I highly recommend CTR. They were honest, resourceful, and got us back on the road when we didn t have many other options. Thank you again, Jay and team!Jay and his team at CTR really came through for us during a stressful situation.
