Comment : I had a great experience with Century Automotive . They repaired the transmission on my Chevy Suburban and exceeded my expectations. They were upfront about pricing, explained everything clearly, and got the job done quicker than I expected. It?s hard to find honest and reliable mechanics these days, but this team really delivered. My vehicle drives like new again. I truly appreciate their work and highly recommend them!

Comment : I can't say enough good things about Century Automotive. I have been working on my own vehicles for over 20 years, but there are a few things I will not work on because of 1. Out of my area of expertise, or 2. I just flat out refuse to work on (transmissions). When that happens I need to find a good auto shop to take care of these things for me and that is not an easy thing to do. I have had issues in the past at other places due to dishonestly or just poor work. I have not had that issue here. Mike is not only an exceptional mechanic but also genuine and honest. Recently when I had my truck there for some much needed work, there were a couple other things I thought may need replaced. Most shops would say yes you should get that done as well. What I like about Mike is he was straight with me and told me there wouldn't be a need to replace those parts as they are working as intended. This isn't the kind of honesty you see at most shops as they will take your money any way they can. I have seen dishonesty first hand at many places recommending getting stuff done that simply doesn't need to be done. I know a good amount about vehicles and I don't fall for these tricks many mechanics play. This stuff doesn't happen at Century Automotive. They are honest, genuine, and have always been great to work with. I am very particular on what I will pay also and the prices here are fair and reasonable. They are not the cheapest option but they are certainly not the most expensive either but to be frank, the cheapest option is not usually the best option. I'd rather pay a little more to make sure my vehicle is done correctly. If you are looking for a shop to make sure the work is done correctly and to be honest with you, this is the place to go. Terry, Mike, and the entire staff here is a joy to work with and I am happy I found an automotive shop that does the great work they do. Thank you for what you do.
