Comment : The worst service ever. My car was in the shop for almost a month and they didn t fix anything. They returned it to me supposedly fixed, but I took it to Mazda for a second opinion, and Carmax had to send it back to this shop to fix it again. It ended up staying there another two weeks, even though they told me it would only be three days. They are completely irresponsible and don t do their job. I ve just ended up spending more money taking it to Mazda so they can actually check it, since these mechanics don t know what they re doing. If they don t know how to fix a car, they should switch careers. I ve taken the car in twice for the same issue, and it still has the exact same problem. This would now be the third time.They gave me back the car without any oil and didn t even warn me. I had to stop in the middle of nowhere just to fill it up.This place SUCKS please don t take your car to Bunch of useless people.The worst service ever. Comment : We had a family friend relative suggest this auto repair and we found a gem in the process. One of our cars needed a new thermostat and a temp sensor. They got us back on the road in no time. Today my car needed a serpentine belt. The auto Tech Ricky suggested getting both replaced. I am so glad I listened. He was able to make us an appointment today and get us out today. That's two for two for our Camaros. We are forever grateful having this autoshop near by. There work has always been painless. The staff super friendly. Every single person in the office gave us respect ??. Even though they liked the first Camaro better ??. BIG THANKS AND SHOUT OUT TO CENTRIC AUTO!!!!!

Comment : I have never written a review of a business, but I wanted to, in hopes that at least one person would benefit from it. They charged me 2863.99 for minor work, that took them less than a few hours, got my car back and exactly 20 minutes later the same problem happened. They didn t fix it. Not only that, when I went to pay, the guy told me it was more than we discussed. I showed him the agreement and he said oh. Ok. It s that amount then. If I hadn t been vigilant, I would have paid extra and he could have pocketed that. I called to tell them the problem wasn t fixed, and asked if they could look at it again (one day later) and they said they d be charging me an additional 200 assessment. And on top of that, they said if it s a new problem, you ll pay more . It was very very obviously the same exact problem. They either treated something minimal and totally different, or knew they didn t fix it and were about to charge me again.I have never written a review of a business, but I wanted to, in hopes that at least one person would benefit from it.
