Comment : I had my car inspected the other day and it would not pass because you said I needed a whole new muffler. There are spots along the whole muffler that are rusting through. You checked and said you couldn t find one then gave me the name of a muffler business to go to.After taking my car to Lou s it only needed a quick weld between two sections NOT the whole muffler costing only $50. There were no rust places across the whole muffler. He asked if your garage had shown me this damage and of course the answer was no.When I returned to get my sticker I asked a gentleman why would have needed to replace the whole thing when it had only a small issue. His response was we don t do welding here. Thank goodness you couldn t find one because I would have paid for a whole new one that I didn t need.I wanted to speak to the woman inside about my complaint but the waiting room was very busy with customers. I was going to pull her aside out of respect and not be angry in front of others. Instead I was quickly shuffled so I couldn t make a scene though I wanted to.I feel this was a very shady practice and you can t be trusted again. I ve been coming to you for years for many different services. I will not be returning.
