Have had our traverse for under 2 years and when we bought it, it had the rear toe links, purge valve, and brand new tires put on. 10 months later all 3 things had to be replaced again which they did take care of due to warranty. Now 11 months later again the same 3 things have to be replaced AGAINN but now they wanna quote over 2500 dollars to fix it amd amother 1400 dollars for brakes. No place ever will be 1400 for brakes unless you driving a super car. Thanks for trying to just take advantage of my wife while im not there and make her go into a full on panic attack seeing the totals. Waste of time trying to speak to them bevause then their front desk makes you sound inferior or poor cause you cant just dish out cash. I had AAA drop my car off at this garage right after speaking with an employee who knew my car was coming. I called the next day a couple of hours after the scheduled appointment time to check in and the employee that answered the phone said they thought I was a no-show and they had no clue where my car was??? The worst part of my terrible experience with this garage was the lack of customer service and knowledge on the car. The appointment was made way they could diagnose and resolve the cause of my service engine soon light. The mechanic call me every hour on the hour for five consecutive hours saying they still hadn't found the cause for the light and did I want to continue because their service for looking was $186 an hour of course I needed them to continue. Needless to say, it ended up being wiring under my dash. I got my car back, and my rear backup camera was no longer working as well as my display screen in my car. Of course, I called the garage and told them of the problems the mechanic refused ever getting in my car, which was clearly a lie, because on my receipt I was charged for the repair to the wire under my dashboard. I had to fight with the garage for over a week to get them to fix what they broke. Worst experience ever! I have a buick and have always had any repairs needed done by the dealership. They treat you like you are important to them. They want your business but they also want a good reputation. What I really liked is the video of the service they sent me.
