Comment : I had a generally good experience at Central Cadillac. I did not appreciate the yelling by the staff to each other while I walking by customers in the waiting area. I also found it puzzling that I was told my car was ready only to find a big blot of filth on the passenger seat. When I brought the issue to the staff, they cleaned it up claiming the person who had worked on my car inadvertently left the dirt.

Comment : Have been a customer at Central for 15+ years. Have worked with Steve Newman and he is the best. Even though there a Cadillac dealership 3 miles from me, I would not go anywhere but Central and Steve

Comment : Called from Naples. Florida because I knew from the internet that Central had the car that my wife desired and I could not get my local dealer to make any effort to get the car for us. Angelo Ezzo answered and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of how to do out of state deals and convinced me they could handle the transaction. We reached an agreement very quickly which included transporting my newer to Naples and my trade back to Cleveland. A very satisfying experience. The Finance guys, Tom and Jesse made the paperwork go smoothly.

Comment : Horrible experience with Brian. Vehicle damaged upon delivery. Took forever to fix, while I’m still paying bill. Still hasn’t been properly fixed, and not to mention the terrible wrap job they did, to fix the fact they ordered the wrong car. Awful experience, and huge lack of care on Central Cadillacs end. Management never even bothered to reach out. Had to escalate to GM corporate. Was told they would redo the wrap job, but unfortunately they are busy with other wraps…and would get to me eventually. It’s been MONTHS. Followed up, and just runaround’s. Never again.

Comment : I just purchased a 2025 Cadillac XT6 from Central Cadillac in Cleveland, OH. This was my first time buying from this dealership and it was an outstanding experience. The sales associate that I worked with was Mason Fink. He was incredible to work with as he is very personable, listens to understand what you want and just a very warm genuine person. I have no reservations about recommending this dealership to family, friends and neighbors. Great people, Great experience.
