Comment : Honda pilot 182k miles on it, had front end issues - banging, thunks, etc. They fixed it, rebuilt it and rear shocks then aligned. Rides awesome! Thanks ??

Comment : The good is that I used them for all my work except that covered by various vehicle manufacturer's OEM warranties from about 2016 through the end of 2025. The work and related recommendations were excellent. The most extensive work was the replacement of a Chrysler 68RFE automatic transmission in a 2009 Dodge HD diesel pickup. The rebuilt transmission they recommended and installed worked perfectly for another year before we traded the truck in. When I went in to schedule maintenance and a minor repair on our 2016 Subaru Outback in late 2025, the place had a different feel. The guy they had up front writing service orders and scheduling was new and failed to understand what I was requesting. Even though I went by ahead of time and carefully explained what I needed done, this employee had to have it all explained again on the scheduled day, and I eventually had to insist on talking to Brad about it. Brad must be short-handed in the shop because it was clear to me that he no longer expected to be directly involved with customers. This shop is a fairly high-priced operation. I don't mind that, but have since taken our business elsewhere.
