Comment : I live in Bandera and I ve tried three automotive shops in that area and I m not happy with any of them. I was referred to Central Automotive and am very pleased with their service and the repair process. I will be back.

Comment : My first and LAST time coming to this mechanic shop. I was originally told that they could install a part on my truck , that I had already purchased from a third party. However when I arrived at my appointment, they told me they couldn t do it because I had to purchase the part from them directly! Terrible customer service and a huge waste of time , don t waste your time as well.

Comment : I was prepared to pay a lot for what could have been a major problem, but the actual issue turned out to be a minor thing that was inexpensive to repair. I found Central Automotive to be honest mechanics who do good work and and who don't inflate their prices or invent problems. I appreciate their integrity and their work ethic. Thank you.
