Comment : We broke down 3 hour from home on interstate 81. Our truck arrived quickly, our driver was friendly knowledgeable and really made this stressful experience a little more bearable. I never realized how extremely dangerous this job is until I was there with this tow technician cringing each time cars went by. The technician was careful with our vehicle. Comment : Excellent experience!!Our car broke down hours from home on the interstate, they sent two trucks out to tow our car and drive our family. They went an extra mile in customer delight to ensure that we found the most reasonable soultion to fix our vehicle and in the mean time they made sure we got to a rental car.
