Comment : They got the job done, but one of the workers there tried to say we may not need our keys to be fixed, even though it was needed for a Nissan recall. We actually had our Rogue randomly turn off on the Interstate the week before due to the need to get this recall completed. He understood when I told him this, but how does a person working for a Nissan dealer not know what a recall is for? It's for something that is broken, not just to force the key to remain open all the time for no reason.

Comment : The communication was poor. One would think that when you buy a vehicle from a company you can depend on them if something happens to the vehicle. The didn't tell me about the problem that the were having with the fuel system on the Titan. They wanted to overcharged me for the repair on my truck that I purchased from them. When the truck was tow to them they had the sell department call me back before they said that it couldn't be repaired. Poor service will not refer them to none.
