Comment : I am so impressed with this auto shop. From start to finish it was a super friendly experience. I was able to get a quick appointment and was told the process they use. I was greeted warmly and treated with respect. I love how they send photos of what s wrong in a text and a quote quickly. Took my car in at 8am and it was done around 2pm. Comment : Caton Auto is one of the old school clinics that can fix anything. When you are there , it feels like hanging out with people in your neighborhood, not like a commercial businesses that can be a little impersonal. It's why I had them do a major job on my car. Also gives you free rentals too. Too many benefits to mention. I lived in Catonsville since 1974 and this place has a great reputation since I was old enough to drive. Its a family own business and they treat you like one. Great service, great knowledgeable mechanics and customer service. Try them out and see for yourself. Easy drop off, easy pickup, and they even text you a report of what they checked!Will 100% go back.
