Comment : Dina was extremely rude and unprofessional. I needed help with my appointment since I was experiencing health issues that morning and the night before. I cancelled my appointment because of her rude and unhelpful attitude and thanking God I dodged a bullet of this horrible woman whom is supposed to be the main point of contact for your customers. You lost one repeat- customer because of her rude, unhelpful and unprofessional correspondence. In the past the services were overpriced yet the shuttle was a plus. Good thing there are quicker and better mechanic shops with ACTUALLY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND ACCOMMODATING reception. This place is disgusting. Stay humble. This is really 0/5 stars because of Dina's rudeness.

Comment : A fair assessment. The staff and work provided was great. JJ my service writer was very friendly and accommodating. My only issue is that it took imo, entirely to long to fix my vehicle. Understanding that there was a hold up as far as getting the correct part to fix my vehicle correctly.
I dropped my vehicle off on Sunday for a Monday diagnostic and possible repair. My vehicle wasn't finished until Thursday. In comparison I took my vehicle to another shop on the following Monday to fix the other side. I got my car back by 2pm the same day.
I'd definitely consider as I have previously to have caton auto repair my vehicle. I just need to know going in what to expect.
