Comment : Highly INCOMPETENT staff that is pushy to set their own agenda!
While trying to get a quote for transmission flush, they tried to push expensive transmission check ($195) while simply ignoring that such procedure was requested as simple maintenance operation! Furthermore, front desk immediately made assumption about type of my transmission (CVT vs "regular" hydraulic AUTO) completely ignoring what vehicle it was! Clearly - they had no idea about what they were talking about!!
Bottom line: STAY AWAY! Incompetent staff that wants to upsell you things aren't need and ignoring real needs and requests!

Comment : can't say enough good things about this place… I called around to several other businesses trying to get a diagnostic done for my wife's car… Seem to have a bearing problem… Other places wanted $250 just to look at the car… Caton auto clinic charged me $89 to correctly diagnose my wife's car with a bad bearing… Don in the front office is a great communicator and walked me through the entire process of dropping my car off and even provided me a free ride back to my house… very fair pricing… Open and honest upfront… And when they found out, my wife was a teacher they even gave her 10% teachers discount… These folks are community oriented and good people… they understand the stress of having a car with a problem and how it affects your day-to-day life…This is my new place

Comment : Our older Mazda needed a new tire rim, and Don worked some serious magic to get us a great looking used rim for quite a bit less than a new one from the dealership. Excellent customer service, and a very quick turnaround when we were in a time crunch.

Comment : Thank you so much for fixing my air conditioner so I don't have to roast for the rest of the summer! I also appreciate the other services that you all performed and I am so grateful to have a place to come to that it completely honest and upfront about everything. Keeps the guesswork out and makes recommendations that make sense. Definitely will be returning!

Comment : BE AWARE: They charge up to $265 just for a diagnostic check. I was not made aware of this until I handed my keys over. Not placing blame, but just making sure people are aware before going through the process of scheduling and dropping the car off. They also might only want to use OEM parts which will cost more. Again, not placing blame but another thing to be aware of when looking for shops.

Comment : Caton Auto is very through and efficient. They made sure we had no other issues and returned the car within 3 hours.
