Comment : Keep coming back!! Took my vehicle in for some routine maintenance and an issue I was experiencing. Caton took care of it all. Gave me a ride back home when I dropped it off - and picked me up when it was ready (different days). All very friendly!! Thank you all for your continued top notch service.

Comment : I have been going to Caton Auto for 35+ years. I have always been happy with services. Appts, Permissions, quotes and payments are done on line now; pros and cons to that. I am a person to person type, but it is the way of the world now. I was kept up to date with progress and car was fixed in timely manner.They are not the cheapest, but 1.5% discount for direct payment

Comment : I'd go 4.5 stars if I could. Nothing is perfect, but my 1st experience with this place was pretty good. They seem to do thorough inspections, then give you an online estimate (incl pix and notes), as well as the ability to authorize (or not) each item -- very simple and straight fwd. My only issue was that the repairs took a bit longer than was initially expected...which wasn't entirely their fault. I'll likely go to them again for my repair and maintenance needs, as my last garage seemed to be slipping since they brought some new mechanic(s) onboard.

Comment : I would highly recommend this place! Our car had been broken into and the ignition and steering column was broke. We could not start it and it had to be towed. They went above and beyond to help us out. Our insurance company was not so cooperative and Caton did a wonderful job in getting things done in a timely manner. The folks there are the best and the lady that helped me from start to finish was Deana. I can’t even say enough good things about her. Thank you Deana and thank you Caton for getting our car back on the road. Will definitely be using them in the future ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐

Comment : I’m not sure if it was her personality. I stopped in to inquire about some information. I tried to ask some questions. My ex husband years ago only dealt with this business for our cars. Back then they were very caring and patient. Today was like a brush off. Customer Service was not there.
