Comment : I've dealt with most of the Ford service garages in Southern Maine over the years. I will say, Casco has easily been the best. Easy to schedule, reasonable when work is needed and they have mechanics down there that can work on diesels which not every place has. Save yourself the hassle and just skeet skeet on down to Yarmouth, you will not regret it.

Comment : Couldn?t be happier with my experience. I went there knowing what I wanted and the salesperson Eben and the financial person Gregg were both extremely helpful. I appreciated that they presented me with all the information without trying to pressure into buying something I didn?t want. Can?t say enough good things about Casco bay ford, Eben and Gregg.

Comment : Casco Bay Ford handled my vehicle situation very professionally and compassionately. I had to buy a crew cab F150 for the birth of my child and not having room for a car seat in my old tundra. Eben took extremely good care of my wife and I. He had the service shop fix a damaged bumper on a used F150 and upon further inspection, found a small amount of damage in the bed. Instead of hoping I didn?t see it (like other salesman would), he told me about the damage and didn?t feel comfortable giving me the truck until it was fixed. He gave me a loaner truck until it was fixed and stayed in very close contact with me about updates on the vehicle. I would highly recommend Eben to work with, and am hoping to shop at Casco Bay in the future for when we upgrade to larger SUV.

Comment : Vehicle went in for fuse issue keeping it from starting or the radio from working. After getting it back the radio still doesn't work but now I also have no power steering, no blinkers, advanctrac and abs lights on. They also were going to do an oil change and coolant flush that I did not ask for. Go to Yankee Ford or Rowe Ford instead if you are in need of Ford service.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : We broke down on the highway right across from this fine establishment. I know how booked out repair shops are these days so I didn't feel hopeful about getting our Altima fixed quickly. To our surprise they worked on it on a Saturday and we were able to scoop it up after hours and we were back on our way. The team over at Casco Bay lays pipe for real. Great group of folks over there.
