Comment : We tourists from Boston had an excellent experience at Casco Bay Ford. Eban saw us having difficulty with the charging station and came out to help. He was helpful and personable. He even suggested that we take their courtesy ride to get lunch while our Mustang was charging. Rob was an interesting driver and shared information about the area. He was a great tour guide! We were very impressed by the service we received!

Comment : I bought my car in April, May brought it in because the sunroof was leaking, they kept it for almost two weeks, and when I got it back the inside was covered in dirty and grease. Their detailing team was supposed to clean it from top to bottom, and get the water stains out of the liner, they even gave Derrick, the one I had been working with in the service department, the thumbs up that it was all cleaned out and ready to go. Derrick was amazing, he kept me up to date on the progress of my car the entire time they had it. Once I showed him how dirty my car was he worked with me to get it back in and cleaned. So I brought it back in to get it detailed and they did great on cleaning it, but took some items that I left in the car, nothing major just a big bottle of hand sanitizer, I took everything else out. But I noticed they took my unlimited car wash sticker that needs to be scanned every time I go to the car wash. So Derrick was great, but the other teams definitely need some retraining.
