Comment : Terrible service center. Never fixed the issue I came in for, but certainly found issues they could charge me for instead. And despite having the car twice and knowing the heat was not working, couldn’t be bothered to top off the coolant, despite noting it was low. Twice. In the middle of winter. In Maine. Why let your customer have heat while they wait for a scheduled appointment?

They offered a fair trade-in value, competitive pricing, and—most importantly—excellent communication. To top it off, Eben was even able to beat my bank’s interest rate. Local dealers should strive to match the level of service this team provides.

Comment : We tourists from Boston had an excellent experience at Casco Bay Ford. Eban saw us having difficulty with the charging station and came out to help. He was helpful and personable. He even suggested that we take their courtesy ride to get lunch while our Mustang was charging. Rob was an interesting driver and shared information about the area. He was a great tour guide! We were very impressed by the service we received!
