Comment : My name is Samantha and I picked up my car yesterday. I just want to say they did amazing work on my car, the staff was great, and I???m thankful that my car was repaired by these guys.I would also like to add it takes awhile to get your car done. It took over 3 weeks just for my insurance to approve the claim, and once they did their part they had to take it to the dealer to make sure sensors and everything was right. It takes awhile because they???re thorough. I was getting a bad attitude toward the end from NO FAULT of theirs and they were still wonderful and did a great job.Highly recommend and thank you!My name is Samantha and I picked up my car yesterday. Comment : As a Fleet coordinator I would never recommend this facility. On December 28th we got an appointment to bring a truck in to replace a damaged front fender. We were not scheduled until March 5th. After being in shop for over a week and with repairs done then they submitted a supplemental for additional repairs. I understand that this happens in the body shop industry. But to wait until the vehicle is ready but won't be released until they receive this additional payment. Why did they wait to submit the request? Now it's sits waiting for payment from the insurance company. THIS SHOP DOES NOT RESPECT CUSTOMERS TIME.
