Comment : We???ve been using cartow for years to perform various abnormal recoveries and equipment movements. They???re our preferred vendor for anything and everything. Their staff is very reliable, knowledgeable and punctual while still being reasonably priced.

Comment : Rip off people.. scam artist..they tested my tint two different times and came up with two different readings. Failed my inspection. Went to a place in Kona named Kona Coast Customs and they tested twice with two different meters and got same reading ... Passed it with a 31.Called this company requested my money back from this place since their meters are not calibrated correctly and he was just making excuses and said no refunds. So sad these people are ripoffs only out for money. Comment : Cartow gang is great! Helping me since 1991 for so many needed services. Recently Royce transported my 26,000 lb Dozer. Kevin & he made sure I was informed while making arrangement. Their brand new badass flatbed fit into spots a truck/trailer never could.

Comment : Got to a bad car accident back in November where me and my passenger were transported by ambulance and stayed at the hospital for the night. When I was able to finally return to my totaled vehicle not only was all our belongings stolen from the car but they also charged me over $3,800 for the tow. I emailed them stating they needed to issue a refund as they well exceeded the state regulated maximums they could charge for a tow. They not only refused to issue me a refund but essentially told me that I didn't know what I was talking so I shouldn't make threats when it comes to reporting them to the bureau of consumer protections. So I did indeed report them to consumer protections and with in about 2 weeks the refunded my tow in full. However it should not take them being contacted by state regulators to fairly charge for a tow. In an effort to ensure no one else falls victim to their criminal billing practices I am continuing to pursue legal action against them. See photo attached.

Comment : They recently towed my vehicle to Waimea Lex Brodie's and I would definitely use them again. They provided an invoice for my insurance reimbursement. Definitely recommend them for their services!
