Comment : Car was left on property while I worked out insurance whether to fix or scrap the car. Come to find out the windshield was completely shattered and the vehicle ransacked but the shop owner said there???s nothing to do about it, ???damn kids??? even though they would have been on camera he says nothing would happen

Comment : This place was recommended to me by the AAA agent I spoke after my accident. While my vehicle was on their premises. An entire set of vehicle detailing and car cleaning products were stolen. My vehicle has been there since Feb 18. I've spoken to Jeff a handful of times on the phone and once in person. I had stopped by Saturday and found my vehicle unlocked, I locked it and closed all 4 doors. Yesterday when I went back a door was left ajar and I noticed my trunk had been ransacked. When I brought this issue to the lobby, I was told that nothing could be done and that it wasn't their fault, and that also it's happened to other people before. I don't doubt that they can do a great job repairing vehicles. But if you're like me, and you're going through your first car, first accident, you'll suffer unnecessary losses.
