Comment : I brought my car after a collision and having an awful experience at another mechanic . I was worried I was going to lose the car and was certain it was totaled . Not only were they able to fix but they told me it would be quite some time to fix . It turns out they only took three weeks and my car looks amazing . Also they cleaned up the interior of my car and updated accordingly . Highly recommend !!!!!!!!

Comment : They did some work with my driver door and my rear bumper. The repairs came out great and went the extra mile with detailing my car. They did a wonderful job from start to finish.

Comment : I had the unfortunate luck of getting sideswiped on the highway and went thru the other insured's preferred service provider I was a little skeptical at first, however CarStar in Berlin was a pleasant surprise. I dealt with Sarah at the front, Frank estimating the damage and Malvina in the shop- these three were awesome, communicative so I would have the proper expectations. Sarah was great in walking me thru the whole process from the rental car to communication on progress; Frank explaining the estimate and repair process with insurance claim; and Malvina with the repairs! Car looks just as good pre-accident! Thank you for making an unfortunate and inconvenient incident as pleasant as it could be!!
