Comment : An excellent experience at Carson City Toyota! I want to highlight the professionalism of Gil Atencio, who made the buying process incredibly easy, transparent, and pressure-free. His knowledge and customer service exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for honest and efficient service, I definitely recommend asking for him at this dealership.

Comment : Hard to say - they claimed to have just the car I was looking for, used, at a good price. Maybe too good to be true, since I ended up buying a similar car a higher trim level, with about 40,000 more miles, for about $3000 more at a competing dealer. But, telling me they had the car, even a half hour before my "appointment" to see it, when it was not there makes one wonder if it was a "bait and switch" and was never there at all, or, if it was, and they really sold it the previous day, why they wasted my time going there and then sitting around while they "looked for it." A dealer tactic, the more time you spend there, the less time you have to look elsewhere. Again, I have never dealt with them before so do not know if they were messing with me, or not. Anyway went elsewhere, where a car advertised was there, and I bought it.

Comment : Carson City Toyota service staff are very efficient snd I feel confident in their workmanship. The lobby is user friendly and comfortable if waiting for vehicle service. A bit pricey, as dealerships are and my past visit was lengthy.
