Comment : In my household we have 3 cars that have been serviced by Carrs and have been pleased with the work performed. Most recently, I had an appointment for an alternator replacement with nearly a weeks notice, two and a half business days after dropping the car off I had not heard anything from Carrs and was told they had not started the work yet when I called due to being busy with customer inspections. The work was completed 5 days after dropping the car off but the bill differed from the quote quite a bit. The quote states [includes: test] under the Alternator, and I had asked them to test the used alternator I supplied before installing, being under the impression that testing was included as many places like Autozone, O???reilly and Advance Auto offer free alternator testing but the testing was billed as a separate line item. I asked about this during pickup and was given an answer I didn???t really understand. Comment : I called to get an appointment to have my oil changed. I was told I could come right over, since I was in the area. It was completed in a timely manner. I???m very pleased with the service provided. We have been having our cars serviced here for 20+ years and will continue. Thanks for the Great work.
