Comment : I needed my knock sensors replaced and had the work done at NTB. But the check engine light came back on. I kept taking it back to NTB who eventually said it was my computer that had an issue. Drivers Edge can handle a computer issue so I went there. They diagnosed that NTB had not properly installed the knock sensors. With this evidence NTB agreed to redo the work. Still the check engine light came on. Again NTB said it was my computer. This time I had Drivers Edge replace the knock sensors. They took pictures of all the flawed work NTB had done including wires left exposed and connections made incorrectly. Plus they charged less than NTB did for the same work. From now on I'm using Drivers Edge for all my vehicles repair work.I needed my knock sensors replaced and had the work done at NTB. Comment : While I didn't actually have a car repair done at the Carrollton Driver's Edge, I am giving them a 5 star review. It is rare when an auto repair shop tells you that your car DOESN'T need the repair for which you brought it in - that happened to me. Over the past year, I had been told that I would 'soon' need new brakes by a Nissan dealership and by an auto repair shop that did my inspection. Since brakes are kind of important, I decided to stop by Driver's Edge to check them out and get a quote. They told me I didn't need new brakes! In fact, they won't be needed for another 14k - 19k miles. AND, they didn't charge me to inspect the brakes - who does that? Driver's Edge in Carrollton does! While I didn't actually have a car repair done at the Carrollton Driver's Edge, I am giving them a 5 star review. Comment : Spoke to Mike. Truck wouldn???t start so had them run some tests hoping it wasn???t the alternator. It was just a dead battery. They swapped it and out and sent me on my way. Good guys would recommend.

Comment : Been using this shop for a variety of repairs over the past 2 years on an aging vehicle (28 years old). Always been happy with the thorough and professional assessment of my car's problems and the work performed to fix them. It can be frustrating at times to have to wait several days for parts to come in, but understandable given the age of the car. Parts can be hard to find or take longer than usual to ship because they are in some backwater warehouse.Been using this shop for a variety of repairs over the past 2 years on an aging vehicle (28 years old).
