Comment : Fast, reputable, knowledgeable and courteous. Needed oil change for a 2016 XJ L P4. Would have been 450 at the dealer and 350 at Carlsbad British cars. Ridiculous expense for labor alone to change oil and filter. CB Auto put my mind at ease and informed me of everything they looked or touched for a fraction of the cost elsewhere. Comment : Had an awesome experience at Carlsbad Auto! Everyone was so helpful and professional. Was able to diagnose and repair my truck in two days. Which North County Ford couldn t do in two weeks. I ll be taking my truck to Carlsbad Auto Service for now on.

Mike took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and sent a very detailed inspection report via text that was even color coded with high priority vs. low priority repairs.
