Comment : I was in the market for a used car and found a great deal on a VW. I found Carlsbad Auto Service listed as a AAA approved repair facility. Jaime and Zarina explained the different pre-purchase inspections they offer and were able to get me in the same day. After 2 hours the technician walked me through all the issues they found on the car. A $350 inspection saved me from a $5,000+ headache if I purchased that car. It was 100% worth it and the team was very friendly. I would highly recommend Carlsbad Auto Service!

Comment : Excellent Service and communications My vehicle is older 1993 Jeep Wrangler - No Computer FOB to check -
CAS was able to determine my engine issues and repair them by servicing the old school way. No links to advise the problems.

Mike communicated to me each time an issue was discovered for an update and service approval.

The repairs were completed on the schedule that they advised.

The work was extensive - It was not inexpensive - but the issues were serious and the work was past due.

Very satisfied with the service - the communications and the result of the repairs - The vehicle is running its best.

Comment : Once again Carlsbad Auto Service did a great job for us. We have been going to them for over 10 years and they always take good care of us. This time we had a couple of pretty expensive problems with an oil leak and a faulty air conditioner. They quoted us the price they expected it to cost. When I went to pick up the car they said it didn’t take as long as expected so my bill was lower. A lot of places just stuck with their quote even if they finish faster. I highly recommend them for all types of service.
