Comment : Victoria at Carl's Advanced Automotive is very easy to work with. I needed a new side mirror, she looked at the issue, I had a quote within 30 minutes. I received updates by text and when the part arrived I was put on the schedule at a convenient time for me. The repair was handled quickly and I was only charged for the actual labor. The people on the phones and at the front desk were super nice and when I got in my car to leave, they even left a personal note and treat. I must say, I was very impressed.
