Comment : So at first I was very happy with service and how quick they helped me and wife get my granddads truck back but now its been 3 to 4 months since I purchased the truck payed it off before the first payment was even due amd come to find out they seen me comen I was to excited to get my grandads truck back into our family that they apparently sold us a after market warranty that I never wanted or asked for that was 3500 and I still have zero paperwork on of me buying it other than the price of the vehicle was higher than expected when I went to pay it off that how I found out about now nobody will answer the phones when I call its been 4 weeks since I showed up a hour and half away and made them cancel the warranty cause if you work in the automotive filed like I do you know aftermarket warranties are junk and nobody will cover anything ive been trying to get warranty on the phone and ive about reached my point on contacting a lawyer just to get my money back for the warranty bs still very happy with the truck but they screwed up on the rest

Comment : Definitely go check montel out . Excellent customer service . 5 stars is an understatement . We came all the way from Ky for the truck and everything was as he said as far as the truck and the deal. No hidden fees or agendas can't say enough great things for montel and the dealership .

Comment : I was greeted with a warm welcome as I proceeded to ask for assistance. Paris was a good listener & great help throughout the whole process. I was shown pictures of each vehicle. She answered all my questions. I was able to test drive the vehicle before my purchase. All employees across the broad welcomed me with open hands. I was giving a great deal.
