They did a great job and they also did an inspection on my car along with a wash. Wow. Wow. That this type of service exists affordably is a miracle to me. These guys are FREAKING AWESOME. I encourage every woman to patronize them. Mechanics often take advantage of women, but these guys will not. And you will have pure peace of mind. Girl, this is luxury vehicle dealership service at affordable prices. I am so happy to have had my car repair done at Roda. 1 Reviews Barry filderman Bethesda, MD Reviewed : 12/10/2025 Comment : I have had my car serviced at Roda several times and I could not be happier. The customer service is great. Everybody is friendly and they do a great job, Throughout the process they email you giving updates. I have purchased their service packages that make the maintenance of your car affordable. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. 1 Reviews M white Bethesda, MD Reviewed : 12/10/2025 Comment : I hate to write such a review, but feel compelled. Roda is a great, convenient service for routine maintenance, but my experience with repairs has been far below expectations. I advise others to be extremely cautious choosing to get repairs done through Roda. My check engine light was on in Spring 2024, so I had several parts replaced at their recommendation to solve the problem. After it was replaced, the car died on the side of the road with electrical failure after a few days. They paid to have me towed, said one of the parts they used was defective, and had replacement part put in. I have not had that problem since then, but it served as a red flag that poor parts are being used. One additional part put into my car around that time, a belt tensioner, has now gone bad, roughly a year and a half (about 19k miles) after being replaced. The warranty Roda has is only 12 months/12k miles for the part, which is a part that would typically perform from 60k-100k miles. This is a part that I allowed them to replace, despite also having it replaced recently back in 2020. When I called to ask about the warranty and got this news that it has lapsed, I was told they'd call me back to see if they can give a reduction for a replacement, and they never called back. With these two experiences that I credit to the use of sub-par parts, I feel obligated to give a warning to others. The dealership, and even some non-dealer repair shops will offer 2 or 3-year warranties on belt tensioners, which is more aligned with the true life expectancy of the part. I'm now out several hundred dollars to get it replaced such a short time later. The positives of Roda were definitely the convenience and their efforts at customer service. But at the end of the day the core product (repairs) wasn’t worth it. 1 Reviews Malcolm kueviakoe Bethesda, MD Reviewed : 12/09/2025 Comment : Roda was such a nice place for me to go to. My advisor Michael was very pleasant and helpful throughout my experience with Roda. I definitely recommend going to Roda for auto repairs, the free valet was a nice touch as well! 1 Reviews A dave Bethesda, MD Reviewed : 12/09/2025 Comment : Had a great experience at Roda Automotive. Gabriel and Michael were extremely helpful! The technician Derik was amazing as well! They were transparent throughout the process, showed me what needed to be fixed, and did a solid job with the alignment. Pricing was fair, and my car feels noticeably smoother now. I’d definitely come back. 1 Reviews Chris p. Bethesda, MD Reviewed : 12/09/2025 Comment : Pretty good for what I needed. I have an older car which had a leak in a place that was hard to get to, at least for me. Bought replacement parts, tire racks, etc., but I wasn't feeling it. Scheduled a morning drop-off at Roda and they were cool about it. Professional with everything including a credit for a ride home. Once they went through their diagnosis, they sent a link with all the recommendations. I deferred on a few but went with what would resolve the main problem. A few days later I got my car back and the leak (so far) is gone. When it comes to auto repair, I'd say not to skimp but also to know what you truly need. 1 Reviews Quay montgomery Bethesda, MD Reviewed : 12/06/2025 Comment : Great experience with Roda. They got my car towed, fixed it fast, and delivered it back to me with zero problems. Super convenient 1 Reviews Douglas martinez Bethesda, MD Reviewed : 12/05/2025 Comment : ReviewI’ll keep this short and concise:We initially got our car inspected November 24. Failed a few items but the service went well. The original bill on just the failed items came out to just under $1200 but the other recommended services brought it north of $2000 (screenshot 1). I purchased the replacement parts for the failed items for around $170 and did the repairs myself (screenshot 2). We passed the reinspection on December 3 (I had to call off work and lend my girlfriend my car while they reinspect hers). This second service is where we ran into problems: we passed the car off to the valet by 9am and they had it at their shop by 9:20am (screenshot 3). I receive a call from our advisor Deion at 5:26pm (8 hours later) telling me it’s done and that we passed and he sends me the invoice which I pay immediately (screenshots 4&5). He tells me on this call that I don’t have to do anything further to schedule the drop off of my vehicle and that they will get it to me. Ok, great. Well more than an hour passes and still no car or update. So I call at 6:55pm (see screenshot 4 again) and speak with Steve who tells me that they will get the car dropped off that same day. Ok, great. Well less than 20 minutes later, we receive a text telling us that the car will be delivered the next day (see screenshot 3 again). We call the multiple numbers they communicated with and receive no answer. I texted the number Deion used to send me the link to pay the invoice and no response (screenshot 6). Today (the day after we passed the inspection), I had to be at work at 7 and my girlfriend was late to work, paid an uber to go pick up her car, because they did not have a valet available to drop off her car.Overall not impressed with the end product but all the employees at least are very pleasant. If you work from home / have two-to-three day periods where you absolutely do not need a car, then Roda might be for you. But if you have to take off work to get this done, I’d recommend looking somewhere that can get your car back to you on time. 1 Reviews Phillip phongsavan Bethesda, MD Reviewed : 12/01/2025 Comment : Awesome job.
