Comment : Beware they will destroy your vehicle car star burlington got paint over spray all over the interior of my new truck im so mad I dont know what to do then they lied and said they would have it detailed and that was worse and it definitely wasn't a professional job this place so be close down they take zero pride in their work stay away from this place

Comment : I was hesitant about leaving my brand new car at this shop but due to location and a recommended repair shop by the insurance company, I ignored my instincts and went with them. The repair was excellent from what I can see. You never knew the car was hit but I have to say I am removing a star for customer service and star for cleanliness. My car was returned with the mats filthy. They didn’t use cover the mats while repairing the car and didn’t even offer a car wash vacuum service or cleaned it themself. This was a brand new 2025 car when it was given to them for repair. Very disappointed!!! Again the repair work, I have no complaints!

Comment : The Carstar here in Burlington was everything I hoped it to be: my automobile was meticulously painted, and quicker than I had imagined. The owners know their craft, and I will absolutely be back with my 2nd car for a full paint job.
