Comment : We replaced a fan clutch assembly almost a year earlier. The clutch fan was at full noise for a long time before adjusting for engine temperature as being cool. A lot of this time was during the winter...at 9 degrees. It should have known the engine was cool and didn't need the fan. The guys at Sar Smart replaced the assembly. It was better, but not right. They replaced the assembly again and it works as it is supposed to. Dan and the guys went the extra mile to correct the problem to my satisfaction. If it hadn't taken more time than expected, I would have given the service a "5".

Comment : Great local shop for repairs. I bring my vehicle here for major maintenance items and Dave and staff keep my vehicle humming (220K+). Dave knows I do the "small" stuff myself (brakes/rotors/fluids/plugs/filters/etc.) and keeps me abreast of items to be done and I bring for all other things to them. Good reliable knowledgeable mechanics. Highly recommend.

Comment : I've had multiple vehicles serviced here and I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. Every single time they get done fast at literally half the cost of everywhere else. This is not plaza tire where they break your vehicle and you got to keep coming back all the time.. Jim's is the best hands down and I promise you if you take your vehicle there you will see what I'm talking about.
