Comment : My service advisor, Nathan, was great. He was thorough and kept me informed about my car. He asked good questions about my concern when he wrote up my work order and reviewed it all when I picked up my car. The only thing I didn't like was how crowded the service drive, in fact, the whole dealership lot, is.

Comment : Horrible - what a group of thieves, liars and unprofessional staff. Actually crooks and I question if my oil change was actually performed. My car was gone from the shop for hours. I reported to Kia and the BBB. Loud music, yelling at each other and laughing, like a bunch of clowns. Lack of concern why it took from 10:30 am until 4:30 to get my car back for a supposed oil change. Close the whole dealership down, its trash.

Comment : First they have books appointment and they confirmed that my repair item are in stock when I reached there it was outed atick and already the service guy took my car so they derived will provide me with loaner car but they havemt have any available in stock so they took me to enterprise to rent the car and they provide me with the worst car ever and was very bas experience. Never deal with them again.
