Comment : I was told to arrive at Car Pros prior to 4:30 pm to pick my vehicle up.Arriving at 4:22 pm, Car Pros was closed; despite a conversation with their receptionist at 9:03 am distinctly stating that it would be best for me to arrive prior to 4:30 am. I am certain everyone can relate to needing their vehicle as this is our main mode of transportation. Comment : My truck was destroyed because of their negligence. Another car was destroyed because of their negligence and the chains were around my brake lines and my suspension. My drive shaft was ripped off by the cable.

Comment : DO NOT USE THIS TOW CO!! Needed my car towed from Carolina Lakes to Sanford first thing in the morning. It took them nearly two hours to show up. It's a 25 minute drive to the dealership, but it took them over two hours to get there. I wonder what the driver was doing for two hours?????!!!!!!

Comment : My husband sat on the side of the road with a flat tire on his trailer for over 3 hours waiting on someone to bring him a jack. Not to mention it costed him $119 just to change his own tire. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Comment : Keith was so kind and helpful when it came to towing my car. I had to get to work when my car broke down and he let me drop off the keys in his shop until he could tow the car. He was kind enough to jump the car and roll up my windows prior to the tow. Never met him in person, but great communication the entire time! Thanks so much!

Comment : My daughter's car broke down in Southern Pines. AAA referred Car Pros as a local tow company to me because I'm from NJ. The tow company charged me $396 for the tow. My daughter was not given a receipt by the driver. All well and good.
Since the breakdown was due to a warranty issue, the car manufacturer was going to cover the fee for the tow. I reached out to Car Pros on more than one occasion to see if I could get something from them proving that the tow took place. Even an email acknowledging the tow that day would have been fine. After spending 1/2 hour on the phone with someone they finally acknowledged that they had towed the car but I was told by the person on the phone that he didn't have the authorization to send me anything. When I asked if there was someone there that could help, I was told she was busy. He started to get very rude. They pretty much refused to help me further. I thought I was on hold when I realized that he had hung up on me. I own a business and would never treat customers that way. It would have been an easy fix. I would call other tow companies before I tried these guys
