Comment : Worst experience I've ever had with a repair shop. My catalytic converter was stolen. Car Nerds said that it could take a while to get the replacement part. After several WEEKS, that's right, WEEKS, they still hadn't fixed the problem. They did park my car on the street, though--far from the shop. I found that out when 1) I got a parking ticket while it was in their possession, and 2) my car was covered in dirt and debris. I finally had to demand my car back so I could take it to a repair shop that would actually do the work. I will never go to Car Nerds again!

Comment : Have brought 2 cars here for second opinions after sky high estimates from dealers. Matt gave us more reasonable options and solid advice on moving forward: yes,repair one car and with a very reasonable estimate and no, not worth repairing the other car. Highly recommend Car Nerds -- it is our go-to repair shop going forward.

Comment : Outstanding service and trustworthiness! Matt and the whole team are the best. I've brought my car here three times, once to get a second opinion on a repair that the dealership told me would cost $10,000. Car Nerds did it for $1200 and in half the time. Today I came in thinking I would need to have an entire side mirror replaced. Matt had Jamie take a look at it, and he was able to fix it, no expensive replacement or repair needed! They took the time and care to do it properly and didn't upsell me. It's a great feeling to have mechanics who you know you can trust and look forward to seeing!

Comment : I am BLOWN AWAY by this amazing service center and can understand why they have earned a perfect 5 star review. I have an older 2013 Nissan Leaf which had a dead AC among other issues like broken windshield wiper. They made me an appointment online and saw me pretty quickly. I was in shock as to how personal the service was -- small place, very professional. They diagnosed the problem immediately, got the factory part the SAME DAY, and had the car finished by mid afternoon. The price was also exceptional considering a dealership would have told me to replace the entire AC. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Comment : At a routine oil change in May, a different car service station recommended I replace my Toyota's valve cover gasket and the radiator. The radiator was leaking, they said. I went to Car Nerds for a second opinion. The valve cover gasket was replaced, but the radiator was not. There is no leak. Car Nerds saved me $800+ replacing something that wasn't broken. They also cleaned the engine. My engine is shiny! In for service at 8am; out just after 10am. Car Nerds is the best. I won't go anywhere else from now on.

Comment : I am so impressed with this car repair shop. They are all so kind and extremely knowledgeable (more so than the main dealership I used to go to get my service) They work to get you in, are very efficient and the prices are unbeatable. The best car repair shop I have ever been to!!!
