Comment : My 2016 ford escape’s electronic power assisted steering broke, a major issue that made it un-drivable - I took it to the dealership and they quoted me a price of over FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS! So I googled other repair shops and Car Masters gave me a quote the fastest and for way way less than the dealership. They picked it up and had it fixed and ready in just a few days even though they were busy with other cars. I highly recommend them and will definitely go to them for any future repairs.

Comment : I had to have my RAM 2500 towed last Friday due to a brake leak. I had now idea where to take it. A tow truck driver recommended CarMasters. So i let him take it there. I was worried all weekend about my truck since i did not know these people. To my surprise , Monday morning early they called with an update and by noon they were done already. The best part about it was the fact that they fixed it and were super fair about the price. They could have reamed me and told me it took all day, but did not. This gives me extreme confidence that they are fair and very competent. Thanks Tim & crew. Rich

Comment : Highly, highly recommend, they went above and beyond. Seriously, they gave me a very reasonable price on the work I needed done, they were quite friendly and got it done in the same day. It was extra cool that they were just across the street from me, so I didn't have to travel far. Comment : What would have probably cost me thousands of dollars for my repair at the dealership, Car Masters stepped to the plate to get my 2020 Malibu RS up and running in record time for what the job entailed. and they solved it and fixed it for a fraction of what it could have been. this is why they have 5 stars. I know it was tedious and many hands were involved. My only complaint would be that the technicians took better of my interior... please respect and protect the seats and floors especially in inclement weather. Tim and Michelle are wonderful. $801

Comment : Had my 09 Lexus towed to Car Masters. It was leaking fuel under the hood. Tim called me once they seen what was going on and gave me an estimated time to fix the issue. Which i appreciated, no surprises. The next call i got was Tim telling me my car was fixed. Had me back on the road within a day. I believe these people are very professional, honest and affordable.
