Comment : Carmasters is the way to go! We had an alternator replacement service completed and from start to finish communication was top tier and done at a great price. Tim made sure our vehicle was ready by the end of the day and went above and beyond by getting our radio fixed. A simple fix but something we didn't have to worry about! We highly recommend Carmasters for your next repair!

Comment : Last year I bought a high mileage used truck. After getting an oil change at the dealership, they identified a number of issues that needed fixing, some fairly serious. After looking over the dealership's quote for service, I shopped around for a local repair shop and came across Car Masters and decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. I got the more serious items taken care of during the first visit, and had my truck in for a few less serious items this week. It cost a fraction of what the dealership would have charged me. Completely satisfied with the work they've done, the truck runs better than it did when I bought it. Probably goes without saying, but they're my first choice when I need work done.

Comment : We were driving from Wisconsin to the smoky mountains when our car died in Lexington. The gentleman who towed our car recommended car masters and I'm so glad they did. They were so kind and professional. They were kind enough to look at and fix my car so it was ready in time to drive back to Wisconsin. Thank you so much!

Comment : Honestly, I am not even sure I can write a review that truly conveys how much I appreciate Carmasters and this team. I just recently found out about them a few weeks ago and have already brought two cars to them.

I have been working with Tim, who has listened to all of my concerns and worked hard to get me the lowest price possible. It never felt like just a transaction, it genuinely felt like they had my best interest at heart the whole time. They are so honest, caring, and genuine.

They have continued to go above and beyond in every way, and that kind of care is so hard to come by. I am not just a satisfied customer, I am a customer for life. If you are looking for a team that will truly take care of you and fight for the best deal, look no further than Carmasters.

Comment : I've brought my car to Carmasters twice now and both times they came through for me very excellently. I meant to write a review after the first time, but got caught up in other things, so I'm definitely writing one now.

Visit #1: I had some spark plug trouble with my car and attempted to fix it myself. Of course, I had a defective part or two, but I didn't know that at the time, so I brought my car to Carmasters to have it checked out. Not only did they ID the issue pretty quickly and fix it, they also had a loaner vehicle for me to use in the meantime so that I didn't miss work at all, not to mention that I didn't get charged for excessive unnecessary service that is typical of other auto repair shops. These people came through for me and did it very well.

Visit #2: I had another misfire issue with my vehicle and once again brought it back to Carmasters to have it checked out. As before, they ID'ed and fixed the issue pretty quickly; also like the last time, they gave me a loaner so that I didn't miss work either. In addition, I was also planning on getting an oil change before my car started malfunctioning, so they were able to squeeze that in and get it done for me as well.

I've already decided that this auto shop was great after the first time they fixed my car and would be bringing it back if I ever needed to get it fixed again. After getting excellent service the second time around, I'm not taking my car to any other auto shop ever again. Carmasters is the best in the area. Their previous praise from past customers has been greatly earned and they proved this to me with my two visits. Keep up the great work.
