Comment : The people are nice but the prices are insane… I was quoted over 400$ to replace 1 ignition coil. I went right down the road to Pro-Tec auto repair and was quoted 240$. Needless to say CarDoc is not a fair shop. They were recently sold and are no longer a trustworthy place. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CarDoc.

Comment : been having an issue with my car & was quoted $500+ elsewhere for repair; I called here & was able to schedule a time to come in & was given a price quote over the phone that was super affordable. my car's issue seems to have resolved after coming in & for less than $100! definitely recommend!

Comment : Had an oil leak on my car and took it in a few times, they originally diagnosed it as not having a leak but then worked with me for free when I took it back to isolate the issue. At first I was a bit displeased but after speaking to the mechanic there was a bit of a miscommunication and he was trying his best to rule out the cheaper fixes before eventually isolating the real issue correctly. After the one major repair it was fixed and I appreciate an honest mechanic trying their best to save you money and do the right fix one time to fix the issue. Would definitely come back and recommended them to my friends.

Comment : When to CarDoc due to my condenser leaking. I was able to drop my car off first thing this morning which was nice! When I got there the person at the front desk was so nice and walked through the process of what they would be doing while having my car. By lunch time, they called me to explain what the diagnosis found and how they fixed it. I really appreciate that they only charged me the diagnostic fee! I will absolutely be coming back!
