Comment : CarDoc was recommended to us when we were looking for a reliable place that was affordable for *our* budget. So we took our primary vehicle in, and they were great... up front with the diagnostic process and cost for same. They kept in contact during the process, calling with information and costs, and when something additional needed to be done in order to do the original work needed, they were clear about what was needed and why. And once complete, the work was great and the cost was definitely affordable for us. As a result, we had them work on our secondary vehicle as well, with the exact same process and results. We are SO happy with every aspect of the experience with them, and will continue to use them. Very highly recommend!

Comment : We’ve been happy with repairs here in the past.
When another one of our vehicles had an issue, we brought it here with a common problem on a 2011 Toyota Tundra — a Secondary Air Injection System Switching Valve stuck open. A popular issue everyone knows about. No fancy electronics vehicle ,the part costs under $200, and the fix usually takes about 20 minutes.
Prior I scanned the vehicle myself and told them exactly what was wrong, yet they still charged $131 for extra diagnostic. That took them two full business days.

Today, I got their repair quote: $3.580.
LOL. Seriously?
They added a list of unnecessary repairs on a reliable non-worn Toyota Tundra with just 100.000 miles on it. That’s outrageous for such a simple, inexpensive repair.

Unfortunately, you’ve just lost a customer, CarDoc Automotive College Station.
