Comment : EXCELLENT customer service isn't the only outstanding element at Car Clinic, I'm thrilled I followed my friend's suggestion to give them a go with my beloved Subaru! Scheduling my appointment was painless, Heather is outstanding, helpful, and kind. Clint followed up with me once he got his hands on my car to see what it needed, and together we came up with a plan that worked with the shop's schedule, my purse, and the safety of my vehicle. AND they put the cherry on top with little extras (like - the Car Clinic water bottle in my cup holder when I got in my vehicle, a nice touch) My reg/insurance papers were just floating around my glovebox and they equipped me with a sweet plastic sleeve with their logo on it, just to help me keep it together in this hectic world and I appreciated that! My repairs were smooth and completed the same day, I couldn't have designed a better experience, thanks CC, you've got a whole household making the switch to your clinic, keep up the good work!

Comment : Would not go here again. My grandfather took his car here for inspection, unfortunately, the car did not pass due to needing the sway bar kits replaced. This was verified. We called around to other places to get comparable quotes for the work, my grandfather being the impatient man that he is, was not willing to wait, so he brought it back to the car clinic, even though I spoke to another shop and their price was almost half the $600 and some change we were quoted. He didn???t want to wait until 10/3 for the repairs.When we called today for an update we got conflicting stories. I was told by the receptionist the car was delayed because they ordered the wrong part, when my grandfather called he was told it was delayed because the part was broken. Doesn???t seem very honest and gave us a bad feeling. We were right with that gut instinct because when they called to say the car was ready the price was $150 MORE than the written quote they provided last week.When questioned, of course after the work was already completed, they told us it???s because they ordered a sway bar kit and had to do them individually instead. No one called to tell us the scope of work changed or to get our approval to do the work at an increased price. Had this happened we would have declined the work.My grandfather is on a very very small fixed income and didn???t have the money for the original quote of $600 and change, we were chipping in to help with the cost. Not happy that the price was more and no one ever called to get our approval. Definitely feel they took advantage of an elderly man and what they perceived as na??ve women.Would not go here again.
