Comment : The mechanics went over all of the work I had done on my van and found issues during their search. They fixed everything and added in a few needed parts as well. And it honestly didn't break the bank!
I absolutely trust these guys. They know what their doing and will work respectfully with you and your vehicle to solve any issue.
All ASE certified and professional, very nice people, honest, down to earth and very knowledgeable and helpful.
I will definitely bring my vehicles here if I have any issues in the future.

Comment : I'm always pleased with the service at Car Care. From the lst call for an appt until pick up, I am always made aware if there are issues that need to be addressed beyond the initial problem. The quotes are specific and since I have regular work done there they can tell when hoses, fluids, etc. have been replaced. I always get my car back in a timely manner. I couldn't be more pleased.

Comment : My mother used this shop, they did not treat her very well, over charged on all the work they did, couldn't fix the vehicle right, it took multiple trips before they finally admitted they don't like working on Volvos, or jeeps. Got both vehicles fixed correctly for a third of the price they charged and they couldn't fix. Do not recommend this shop. My mechanic found several things that were done wrong, or didn't have anything to do with the problems she was having. Needless to say this shop will not get out families business again. No stars, all negative experience... Maybe they should go back to school and learn how to work vehicles.

Comment : Needed new front brakes/rotors on 2020 BMW x3 m40i while on a road trip from LA to BC. They had to overnight parts from Portland and any delay was UPS’ fault not theirs. Cannot recommend this place and its people more. Straight talk. Cheaper than cost of rear brakes and rotors I had done in LA. Conscientious about my timing and need to get on the road. Seems a happy place with people who like working together. Big recommend and thanks to Mark.
