Comment : I took my car by here out of convenience on Black Friday it was about an hour from closing time. I only took it here because the other shop I use was closed and I was about to go on an 2 hour trip out of town. When I arrived they told me to pull into bay 2. A younger employee with long light colored hair was in the pit after about 2-3min he yelled from under the car they couldn't do the oil change because of the drain plug. One of the techs up top asked him what he meant and he said it wasn't the original drain plug. He said it wouldn't come out it just kept spinning because the threads were stripped out and the drain plug wouldn't get tight either. The technician up top informed me of what was going on checked my oil level and said it was fine and the oil didn't look dirty and told me to take it to the last shop that did the oil change they will take care of it. So I decided to just wait on the oil change and get it done once I got back from my trip. I called the owner of the shop I usually take it to and informed him of what I was told and he told me to just bring it in and he will take a look at what they're talking about. Once I arrived at the shop I usually go to I pulled my car up and they put it on the two post lift. They lifted it up and with a wrench I personally snugged up the drain plug no issue... no stripped threads... Then personally loosened the drain plug all the way out and drained the oil. I'm not sure what the issue was at this store I'm not sure if it's lack of experience, intelligence or laziness. But I will not be returning to this location for anything. And I'll be letting everyone know to avoid this place.

Comment : On Saturday April 23rd, I brought my overheated car in just as the bays were closing. The register had already been closed for the day and only the manager was still present. He stayed late on his own time to help me get the car in drivable condition,and as a single female traveling alone that was a huge relief.

Comment : Brad is a straight shooter!  He will tell you the problem, give you a fair price, and let you decide what to do.  I have taken many different vehicles there for over 15 years.  The service and the work are both great!!!

Comment : dont take your car to this place you will be sorry.was charge for service that wasn't performed.rip offs.214 dollars to put on a 20 dollar thermostate and change antifreeze.i was charged at this location and never touched my car.so had to go to dealer n pay 375 for that service.589 altogether just for thermostate and couple gallon of antifreeze.never again.should of took it to dealer to start with.thats what I get for trying to go the cheaper route.i should of let the professionals at dealership do it.do yourself a favor dont go there.this kind of stuff happens more than you think.lesson learned..
