Comment : As a woman traveling alone, the horrifying sound of your vehicle not running well on the highway. That's what I experienced today. Pulled off at nearest exit and stopped here.Wow. They got me in after 10 minutes. And thankfully it wasn't a huge deal, but they fixed it in record time and had me back on the road in no time.THANK YOU for not trying to take advantage of me. Comment : First time Last time. I will not go back. I took my car in for an oil change before a trip. The 27 point inspection is a joke. I had to ask them to vacuum my car. I asked if they checked my tire pressure....of course they did NOT. I had to do that. Out of the 27 point inspection I received; an oil change and oil filter (which didn't look new but when I tried to ask I was interrupted by other employees), a top off of my antifreeze and a vacuum. Is my math wrong? Does that add up to a full 27 point inspection? I don't think so. I'm not sure who owns this place or manages it but they may want to consider retraining their staff. What they advertise is exactly what you should get. I'm not sure one single person knew what they were suppose to be doing. Two technicians to each bay with specific jobs that get everything done for your customers. Everything should just flow. Customers should not have to pay for chaos. And thanks to the girl in the office with the colorful hair (I did like her hair) I found out there were other unhappy customers as well. She came out into the bay and announced it. If you want this place to improve you may want to consider the young man with all the tattoos (beautiful artwork) as your new manager. He had it together. I was very impressed with him. As far as the young man sleeping in your office, well let's just say that is not professional and visitors should never be allowed in the work area. You gained and lost a customer today. I do not recommend this place. BTW I'll keep a look out for oil leaks. I'm honestly a little concerned it wasn't done right. Too much talking too little working leads to very little attention being given to the work you're doing.

Comment : Phil, Bri, and Drew went the extra mile to get me back on the road. My 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid broke down halfway between Jackson and Mound Bayou, and when no one else was able to offer to take a look at my car that same day, the staff at this Car Care Clinic offered to see what was wrong, so I had my car towed to them. At first, we thought it was a transmission issue because the car would not accelerate at all and was making a very loud grinding noise. This location does not do transmission work, but they kindly offered to confirm what sort of repair I might need. This, by itself, was a huge help, since every transmission repair shop in town was weeks behind in their work. Luckily, it ended up not being a transmission issue, but a broken axel that was spinning and scraping against the wheel without actually rotating it.

Once we knew what the problem was, the staff offered to get my wife and I back on the road within a day, which was incredibly kind, since we were in the middle of a long road trip and did not have time to spare. Drew was not certified to work on hybrids, and doing so was very dangerous, but rather than turning down the job, he spent a great deal of time researching how to disconnect my car's battery, so he could repair it safely. While Drew was working on my car, Phil and Bri were very kind, friendly, and responsive, and kept me informed as to the car's progress and recommended places for me to get something to eat. Bri always answered the phone quickly and cheerfully when I called to ask about the progress. After the car was fixed and we were back on the road, Phil followed-up several times with us to make sure everything was okay and that we made it to our end destination safely, several days later.

This was by far the most satisfying experience I have ever had with a car repair shop and its staff, and I highly recommend that anyone experiencing car trouble in Mississippi consider coming to this location.
