That's what I experienced today. Pulled off at nearest exit and stopped here.Wow. They got me in after 10 minutes. And thankfully it wasn't a huge deal, but they fixed it in record time and had me back on the road in no time.THANK YOU for not trying to take advantage of me. THANK YOU for being honest. Of all the car care clinics I've used in the surrounding area this one is,BY FAR, the worst!!!! Not only are they slow, but they are very unprofessional. They argue amongst themselves in front of customers and seem to really not know what they're doing at all. They are borderline rude also. The 27 point inspection is a joke. I had to ask them to vacuum my car. I asked if they checked my tire pressure....of course they did NOT. I had to do that. Out of the 27 point inspection I received; an oil change and oil filter (which didn't look new but when I tried to ask I was interrupted by other employees), a top off of my antifreeze and a vacuum. Is my math wrong? Does that add up to a full 27 point inspection? I don't think so. I'm not sure who owns this place or manages it but they may want to consider retraining their staff. What they advertise is exactly what you should get. I'm not sure one single person knew what they were suppose to be doing. Two technicians to each bay with specific jobs that get everything done for your customers. Everything should just flow. Customers should not have to pay for chaos. And thanks to the girl in the office with the colorful hair (I did like her hair) I found out there were other unhappy customers as well. She came out into the bay and announced it. If you want this place to improve you may want to consider the young man with all the tattoos (beautiful artwork) as your new manager. He had it together. I was very impressed with him. As far as the young man sleeping in your office, well let's just say that is not professional and visitors should never be allowed in the work area. You gained and lost a customer today. I do not recommend this place. BTW I'll keep a look out for oil leaks. I'm honestly a little concerned it wasn't done right.
