Comment : I bring my car across town to get it fixed. I trust this garage. I have brought in my car several times where I thought that the car had something more serious and they have told me no. They could have easily have fixed the "thing I said was wrong" and charged me. I had recently brought in my car in October for my AC, when I turned it on in March it wasn't working. Though it was months later, they honored their work. They do good work and are pleasant.I bring my car across town to get it fixed. I trust this garage. Comment : If I could write zero stars, I would. I took my car here to get serviced and went to my vehicle a few hours after and realized something was removed from my vehicle. It was very unfortunate that when I gave them a call, the manager had a lot of excuses and reasons to not take responsibility for what happened instead of just trying to rectify the situation and apologize for my inconvenience. So I do not recommend this as a safe and reliable place to get your vehicle serviced. And it s certainly not. Comment : I had a terrible experience at Metro Motors Repair Shop and wouldn???t recommend it to anyone. They charged me $180 for a diagnostic check, only to hand me a blank report and claim that my engine needed replacement. They offered no further options or explanations???just an overpriced, useless piece of paper.In frustration, I had my car, a well-maintained 2003 Buick LeSabre with under 150,000 miles, towed to Abid at Northwest Auto Repair in DC for a second opinion. Abid had my engine running smoothly within a few hours, charging me far less than Metro Motors did for nothing. Since picking it up on Monday, I???ve been driving without a single issue.The only reason I took my car to Metro Motors in the first place was due to AAA???s recommendation and promises of fair pricing. But it???s clear Metro Motors is either unskilled or unwilling to do the work they???re charging for. The way they handled my car makes me question their integrity and skill entirely. Comment : Have been visiting Woody and his team for 8+ years and could never recommend them highly enough. They???re knowledgeable and helpful and always make sure you???re taken care of. I cannot count the times they have saved me money due to their care for customers. If you want a great experience, go see Woody and the gang!
