Comment : This was my first time using Metro Motor - Capitol Hill and I’ve got to say, it was a smooth experience. The communication was great and responses were quick and thorough.

I needed new rotors and brakes and the staff completed the job quickly and efficiently. The customer service was top notch and they even offered a discount since my services were over $500.

Highly recommend using Metro Motor - Capitol Hill if you’re located in DC for your car needs.

Comment : Outstanding service from an honest broker. The A/C stopped working in my car during a week of 100+ temps. Initial research indicated it would be a medium-to-serious fix, costing anywhere from $450-8,000. Woody confirmed these were all possible outcomes but he said to not jump to any conclusions just yet. After a long day of investigating, his team found that it was a minor leak and I was out of there with a freezing cold A/C and a very reasonable bill. Can’t recommend them enough!

Comment : Metro Motors provides the best work and customer service hands down! Woody and his team go above and beyond, are so responsive, and have the best prices around too. They have never tried to overcharge or oversell me, and they have been able to accommodate me whenever I needed a quick turn around. I can't recommend them enough and will not take my car anywhere else!
