Not only was the work done quickly and professionally, but the honesty and transparency throughout the process really stood out. Comment : I am such an anxious spazz when it comes to car care and mechanics. Scott was super helpful and basically held my hand the whole way. He asked me questions that I've never been asked before, giving me choice and autonomy with my vehicle service, and then was patient and kind enough to explain everything to me when I didn't know enough information to make a decision. As someone new to DC who was dreading having to find a new mechanic, I am super grateful to Metro Motor and Scott for helping me out!!

Comment : I just moved to D.C. a little over a month ago, my car is old and rickety but I need it for work as I travel a lot locally. So you can imagine my concern when I discovered one morning before work that my car was leaking oil all over the place. I made an appointment here and dropped it off on a saturday morning and it was ready to be picked up in 2/3 days! The staff is very kind and open to all my questions (usually my dad helps me with this). I was worried about finding a place for all the lovely things that come with an old car, and I believe Ive found it here! And as a girl in my 20s — money is tight but I found Metro Motors to be very piggybank friendly. And while no one wishes to have car issues— next time I face one, I’ll come right back here. :)

Comment : This was my first time using Metro Motor - Capitol Hill and I’ve got to say, it was a smooth experience. The communication was great and responses were quick and thorough.

I needed new rotors and brakes and the staff completed the job quickly and efficiently. The customer service was top notch and they even offered a discount since my services were over $500.

Highly recommend using Metro Motor - Capitol Hill if you’re located in DC for your car needs.
