Comment : Pulled in after hours, just hoping to find an air pump for a tire that was almost flat. Mr. Reed went above and beyond —at first just filling it with air, but then when he noticed the nail in my tire, he took it off and patched it for me.

Comment : Specifically called ahead of time to make sure they could squeeze me in. Told them I could not drop off and would be waiting. They said we are finishing up a car you will be next if you head on in now. Got there. Sat in the waiting room for 30min and they hadn’t even pulled my car in. If that’s the case-then don’t tell me to come in and you could do it once I was there. Obviously can’t trust there word. Will not be back. Complete waist of my time-don’t waste yours.

Comment : Had an appointment to get the fogginess on my head light covers removed and it was done in less than 2 hours! The final result was unbelievable the covers were crystal clear you would think they were glass and not plastic. I can see so much better when driving at night especially when there are no street lights. The mechanic even changed one of my headlight bulbs that was out at night charge!
I will go back if o need anything else done

Love these guys. I used to try and take my Audi to a place closer to my house by Eastern Market and the service was absolutely horrible. The guys at Metro Motor are wonderful! They do a professional job and they treat their customers like they actually care about having customers and their prices are amazing for DC. Highly recommended!
