Comment : After the oil change, they advised me that my battery was not charging fully. I got the battery replaced and was on my way within 30 minutes. Great service.

Comment : The vehicle was taken to Capitol Ford Santa Fe, NM on Nov.01, 2023 for four recalls and a Bluetooth issue. The Bluetooth repair was authorized and could not be completed by the service tech. Multiple calls were made to the dealership service adviser were given the following responses: "The service tech is out sick.," The service tech is won't be in the rest of the week.", We can't program the module and are waiting for the local ford field engineer.", etc. A call to the service manager was contacted and made aware of the situation. We contacted customer service who opened two cases to attempt to resolve the issue. All we seemed to get was vague text messages. We waited well over a month for Ford field engineer to get to the vehicle. Once the field engineer (after my direct call to said engineer) it took less than a day to complete the repair. Note the vehicle was sitting out in an unsecured lot during this time. The vehicle's stay at the shop was sixty-seven days. Customer service contacted us via telephone the day after the truck was ready. We were offered three years of complimentary maintenance. An email was to be sent to us however as of this review it hasn't been received.

Comment : Oil and filter change went well, disappointed with technicians with brake noise issue. Technician claims this noise is normal.

Comment : My last experience at the Ford service garage was great. From the initial entrance, the service agent welcomed me, was friendly and so professional. She showed me the problem along with r mechanic and replaced my rear rotors and brakes. Explained everything to me and made me feel important. Very happy with them .

Comment : You did not provide any service even though I had an appointment. Upon arrival, you said it would be 2 or 3 days before the work could start, which was simply a 30k checkup
