Comment : Why do some of your pictures look like it's currently being used? One listing has trash in the backseat. No one wants to see that. It looks tacky and unprofessional. Maybe have your vehicles detailed before posting pictures. Also, someone needs to work on their angles.

Comment : Mike and Jacob are the best! This past weekend my boyfriend and I ended up without a vehicle when our truck broke down. With 3 kids, not having a vehicle was just not going to work! Mike and Jacob went above and beyond to get us into a new car. Bought two cars so far from Capital City and will continue to go through them!

Comment : I put down 4,000 on a pre owned 2013 jeep wrangler on Wednesday Michael Matteson showed me it was very dirty when I arrived so I did test drive it I noticed it was a few problems wrong with it such as oil leaks electrical problems with the radio dog hair and mud scuffs through out the truck they told me it would take 3 days to fix everything well today is Saturday day 3 so I call this morning now they tell me it ll be ready LATE MONDAY !!! I m pisseddddd all that money I put down just to not be riding is FOUL ASS HELL I d never been to a dealership like this one before getting showed a car in such a condition this one was this dealership have this 2013 jeep wrangler price set at 16 grand and some, not worth the troubles I made a very big mistake even letting myself put that type of MAJOR money down on a vehicle like that so what I did I got a refund it was all red FLAGS from the very beginning and I know for now on to never settle FOR LESS LIKE THAT AGAIN ! WORST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! Comment : If I could leave a worse then 1 star I would. I messaged about a vehicle and I was in talks with a salesman, and it was terrible. Absolutely terrible. I would get a text, I would respond almost instantly and then wouldn t get another response for hours or sometimes a full day. I filled out a credit app, they ran it TWICE once without asking. I was asked for a quick phone call I responded within a minute saying yes, I got no text or phone call until 3 days later asking if I m still interested, I responded an hour later with Yes I am I would like to get this thing this week. I got no response. 3 days later I texted back saying almost the same thing. No response. I emailed a sales manager, no response. Car then sold a little over a week later.
