Comment : The service department has always been wonderful here. They are also honest and priced fairly. Most recently, Erin went above and beyond to help me out because I couldn’t drive due to surgery. She arranged for the guys to pick my car up at my house and drive it to the shop where they will no doubt do superb and honest service, and then they will bring it back. If that’s not extraordinary service, I don’t know what is!! Thank you to Erin and her staff for making all this possible! Erin was my hero today! 10 out of 10 and then some.

Comment : Took my car in when the power steering failed. Got a call from them shortly after, advising me that even though the car was 14 years old, the manufacturer had issued a 15 year warranty on the power steering due to high incidents of failure. They told me to take the car to a dealership for the warranty work. Saved me over two grand. Could have done the work and billed me, but took the high road and saved me plenty. Good honest shop.!!!!Took my car in when the power steering failed. Comment : Recently took my truck in for a brake job. After assessing the job, I received feedback the front pads, rotors and calipers needed to be replaced which is about what I suspected. After picking the truck all seemed good until I put the car in reverse, as the brakes were slipping. Turns out one of the calipers was defective and they replaced it at no cost. They also recommended Lou's Exhaust which saved me a great deal of money on some exhaust work!Recently took my truck in for a brake job.
